Men's Water Polo vs. CMS (L 14-17)

On Wednesday, the Redlands Water Polo team hosted the CMS squad for a SCIAC match. It was a fairly close game with both teams trading goals for most of the first 3 periods. However, in the last quarter, the Stags scored some unanswered goals, and the Bulldogs ended with a loss. It's always fun to see all the action in the pool. Good effort DAWGS!  GO REDLANDS!!!!

Men's Soccer vs. Pomona-Pitzer (L 0-1)

On Monday night, the seven seniors on the Bulldog Men's Soccer team were recognized for their contributions before taking on the Pomona-Pitzer Sagehens in the last regular home game of the season. It's been great watching Spencer, Brad, Nick E., Noah, Alex, Gabe, and Nick Z. over the last four years. There's been a lot of exciting games! Tonight was no exception - it was an evenly matched game with no team giving up a score in the first half, but lots of attempts. Unfortunately for the Bulldogs, the Sagehens found the net in a messy scramble midway through the second half. Redlands tried to even the score, but the 0-1 deficit remained. I hope the Bulldogs will get to play again at Farquhar Field in the post-season tournament. We'll know after Saturday's game. Good luck DAWGS. Good luck Seniors, too! Och Tamale!!!

Women's Soccer vs. UCSC (W 2-1 2OT)

I was feeling kind of sluggish after my date and all the Homecoming festivities on Saturday... Oh wait, the Banana Slugs were in town on Sunday afternoon playing the Bulldogs in a non-conference match! Kristen scored midway through the first half and Redlands did a great job of keeping UC Santa Cruz scoreless until the last 5 minutes of the 2nd half forcing the game into overtime. Meghan took advantage of a penalty kick in the second overtime to land the golden goal into the net. Great win Bulldogs!!! There's only two more home games left this week - Come out and cheer on the DAWGS on Wednesday evening and celebrate the seniors on Saturday at 1pm.
