I attended the inaugural Rah Rah Redlands fair before our 1st home football game. We were entertained by the 4th of July Band (which I hear will be our regular pep band!?) and the group 8 Hole Punch (they sound Awesome!). Some activities included chanting the Och Tamale, cheering on our football team in their warm-ups, and doing the chicken dance. The kids got to play in a jump house and eat snow cones and kettle corn. I then headed to Ted Runner Stadium to watch the 1st half of the football game. The Tigers from East Texas Baptist scored 1st with a field goal, but that was all we heard from them in our 36-3 victory. I stayed cool in the shade, but caught some pictures of our cheer squad and fans. This looks to be a great season and celebration of 100 years of football at the Good Old U of R. Go Bulldogs!!!
