Senior Day at The Yard proved quite dramatic as both games against the Panthers of Chapman were decided by a single run. In the first game, it took a late 8th and 9th inning rally capped off by a couple of Freshman to secure the victory. In the second game we struggled early on to find some offense. We tallied only six hits, one less than the number of pitchers we eventually threw at Chapman. Yet even still it looked like another late game rally was in the works when we pushed the game into extra innings, but the Panther bats mustered just enough in the top of the tenth to steal one away from us. We sit at 29-11. Outstanding season Bulldogs and outstanding careers for the three Seniors; Brandon, Derek, and Nate. They will be missed, but not before we see some post season action. Go Dawgs!
