Did anyone else notice the change in the weather today? Being a canine I have a unique sense of pressure and temperature and both were heading south. If you didn't notice it during the day, you surely would have tonight on Gary Smith Court. A cold front pushed through and it affected our Lady Bulldogs shooting more than those furry leopards from La Verne. I guess the good news is that we held them to 35 percent shooting. The bad news is that we shot 29 percent and we lost 50-42. But Mariah led all scorers with 15. That's good news. I made some interesting observations during the game. First, La Verne is a good team. They're leading the SCIAC for a reason. And we played them tough. Second, we had tremendous support from the student body and our University administration. Third, I could have sworn I saw Shada in two places. Isn't that her in the stands behind Ali?
