The visiting Cardinals of North Central had won three of its last four, the exact opposite of our Lady Bulldogs. It was time for a change. It was time for a long home stand after a month away. So to start things off right, we held the Cardinals to 19 percent shooting and doubled their offensive output. That's a nice change. I'm glad I was able to witness it. We still have some things to work on; we committed a few more turnovers and fouls than I'd like to see; but we rebounded well, beat the press, and distributed the ball. Nine different players scored with Victoria, Madison, and Allison leading the way. Our cold three point shooting first half warmed up in the second as we made 5 of 9, including one generous bank shot that counts the same as the others. Our next game is on Study Day, the break between classes and finals. Hit your books early and come to Currier Gym to work off some aggression and yell for our team as they take on the Banana Slugs of UC Santa Cruz.
