Finals start tomorrow. Duke tells me that students typically wait until the last minute to pull out the books and hit them hard. Kind of like today's game against the Banana Slugs. The first half was a drudge. The second half we played like Bulldogs with only hours left to study. You expect the upperclassmen to have the most experience with this phenomenon and sure enough, Allison, Courtney, and Mariah led our team with 12, 14, and 14 points respectively. The Slugs were held to less than 30 percent shooting, which was fortunate because they forced us into 21 turnovers; at least one by everyone who played. It was still a great win and it gets us back to .500. We'll take the two week break, heal our wounds, and be ready for Aurora on December 29th.
