The Leopards returned to Currier Gym tonight to play our Lady Bulldogs. Last night they clawed out a victory against the men. Tonight was a different story despite the fact that we only suited ten players and Courtney wasn't one of them. We were thinking of Courtney quite a bit because Allison's impersonation in the first half, 15 points, was typical of our expectations. Allison ended with 21 points and she was amply supported by four other Bulldogs who scored in double digits; Mariah with 13, Brittany with 12, Jesse with 12, and Christina with 10. Everyone was playing well, breaking the press, rebounding, and keeping in motion. We really passed the ball well tonight. We had 24 assists which led to 63 percent shooting. We even shot well from the free throw line! To top it off, our defense held the Leopards to 34 percent shooting from the floor. Let's hope for a repeat performance on Saturday when we host Whittier in the Take Your Kid to the Game Night promotion. Please come out and support your Bulldogs! And bring your kid.
