It was a perfect day to watch soccer at Farquhar Fields. I sat in the shade on the lawn under blue skies with fans and students alike. I even saw players from last night's victorious volleyball game. Glad to see their support. That's part of what makes Redlands such a great place to go to school. We all support one another. Our Bulldog men played a strong game against the Poets. They took twice as many shots including seven on goal. One finally went in for Nick at the 87 minute mark. With ten seconds to go, the Poets found the equalizer. We played two scoreless overtime periods and the match ended in a draw 1-1. We're ensconced in the middle of the SCIAC standings with Oxy and Cal tech up next.
