Spring break is here for the college students, so the University annually hosts 8th grade girls from the local middle schools to attend the AAUW math and science conference. Being a bit lonely over by Willis, I made sure to escape from my kennel with Thurber as the girls were heading back to their buses. What would a visit to the UR be without at least one mascot sighting? It turns out that the girls were very well dressed, behaved, and hopefully inspired to continue to excel in these subjects.
