Next up, Talulah and I went over to Verdieck Courts to watch the men's tennis team take on the Tigers from Sewanee, Tennessee. Earlier in the day, the Bulldogs handed UT Tyler a 6-3 loss. We followed that up with a 9-0 win over the Tigers. Our next home match is on St. Patty's Day. But don't worry, I can celebrate a win then even though I'm English and not Irish. Returning home for a snack and some rest, I sent Thurber and Talulah forth to watch the Lady Tigers from Sewanee battle our women's lacrosse team. This is going to be along stretch of home games for our Lady Bulldogs as its Spring Break for our visiting foes. Tonight, the last vestiges of a southern California winter were still in the air. It was chilly and both dogs wore UR attire. Despite cheering from students, fans, and visiting parents, we lost 20-12. We'll bounce back next game.
