It was Senior Day on Verdieck Courts for Rachael and Sara; two outstanding student athletes who've been the backbone of our team for years. Duke remembers them at the start of their Bulldog careers. Today they were up against the Athenas of CMS and after doubles our Bulldogs faced a 3-0 deficit. We won three of the singles matches, all in tough fought three set matches, but we eventually came up short. It's always sad to send off our Seniors. I'm glad Duke was there for them one last time. Let's hope we see them in the post season or at least when the return as Alumni. We've enjoyed watching them play their careers out here at the UR. Go Dawgs!
