Whew! Summer heat finally has come and vacation is quickly coming to an end. Thurber has been doing some office hours in the kennel at Willis Center meeting and greeting all the tours. This is good preparation for the Fall - Thurber will be taking over as OFFICIAL MASCOT on September 18 so I can enjoy my retirement and new title as MASCOT EMERITUS. So we've been making the rounds around campus - School of Business, up and downstairs at Administration (I can never sneak upstairs for some reason!), and occasional stops at Student Life. We also have been entertaining at home - enjoy the pictures of our puppy friend Oscar. Thurber is even becoming a good host except that he let the little guy eat MY food!
