February 7 events

Saturday was scheduled to be a busy day. We started out with a morning visit to PAWS' Grand Opening celebration where we greeted many familiar faces. I think everyone is very happy to have such convenient parking, especially on rainy days (more on that later). A link to the store can be found on the left side of the page. They have everything a dog would ever need (and they even have stuff for cats). It was great fun. After PAWS we headed back to the University and Currier Gym. The ladies basketball team was having their pictures taken. And I thought Talulah was a ham for the camera! And oh by the way, both the ladies and the men defeated Whittier over the weekend. Great job! But my day at the University was cut short by much needed rain. Both tennis and softball were cancelled and rescheduled for later in the week. They should have scheduled the openers on a day with a swim meet. Those days are always sunny! Since this left the afternoon free, Talulah and I went to visit Roz at her new home. She has it pretty nice and it was fun romping on the lawn again. With such a busy Saturday, Sunday has been spent sleeping.
