Believe Walk 2012

Sunday morning I got up early to participate in the 5th annual Believe Walk sponsored by Stater Bros. Charities and numerous businesses in the Inland Empire. Over 10,000 people walked/ran the 5K or 10K routes in support of cancer research and/or in honor or memory of loved ones battling cancer. Jack Brown presented the community a check for $500,000 raised by supporters this year. My mom, Talulah, didn't let me wear her pink-striped shirt, so I donned a pink bandana and butterfly wings. Many people dressed up in various shades of pink (and I even saw a fuchsia-colored standard poodle!)  I got to walk a little and ride a little on the 10K route this year. Great job Redlands community and all the supporters of this great event!!! Bark and Believe!!!! WOOF!
