It was cold night at Farquhar Field for our first lacrosse game of the season. It also by strange schedule quirk was the opening of our SCIAC season. The purple clad Poets of Whittier were in town and from the opening draw we found ourselves in a tight game. Goals were traded with great frequency and no one was pulling away. It took a run of six unanswered goals in the second half to finally give us the distance we needed to comfortably win. For the final tally, Aimee had six goals while both Crystal and Jacky notched three a piece. Scoring was not a problem. Our next game is this Saturday at home versus Oxy. It's billed as our Match and Meet Night. Go Dawgs!
