I must have walked a thousand miles today around campus. And seen a thousand students and alumni. But it wasn't until I got to Currier Gym that I witnessed Courtney's thousandth knock down to the floor... or was that the thousandth foul... Actually, it was her thousandth point in the first few minutes of tonight's game against the Beavers of Caltech. Well done. She ended with 11 while Mariah poured in 16, Jesse ten, and every player who played added at least one to the final tally. Our bench is deep and Bulldog tough and we cruised to a victory or an improved Beaver squad. It helped that we had four players hit two three pointers each; shooting as a team a blistering 47 percent from behind the arc. We remain tied for first in SCIAC with five games remaining. Keep the momentum up. Go Dawgs!
