Coming off an away victory against the league leading Stags of CMS, our Bulldogs faced the Tigers of Occidental who've struggled this season on the road. But the Tigers didn't struggle in the first half, we did, and we ended it down 13 after shooting 19 percent from the field. That was an uncharacteristic half for our guys. We turned it around in the second half with solid defense that kept the Tigers from scoring for over 7 minutes. Their lead vanished and the game was on when they finally started to connect. Back and forth the momentum would swing, but not far enough to ever count either team out. In the end, the Tigers stole a victory on our home court. It hurts, but we have another home stand on Saturday against Caltech to get back on track.
