Our last meeting versus the Beavers of Caltech took an overtime period to decide the game. The Beavers are not an easy mark on the schedule. They're tough and they can shoot. However, this was our house. Currier Gym is our dog run. With a healthy and loud crowd in the seats, we went out to a double digit lead through a pressing defense, dominant rebounding, and good shooting. The Beavers made several runs at us through the game, even getting close in the waning minutes, but 16 points from Matt, 13 from Jordan, 12 from Andrew, and 11 from Tristan were enough to keep them winless in SCIAC. We rest atop the league with two other teams. The next five games will separate us from the pack. We have two tough away games next week. Let's see if we can bring a three game win streak back home before we face off against CMS on February 16.
