After softball, I went over the Verdieck Courts to watch the doubles matches versus the Eagles of Mary Washington. Playing this team well was important as they had a hand in ending our season run to the NCAAs last year. Well, we came out strong and won all four doubles matches with only three contributing to the score. The Dawgs looked rested, strong, and agile. I liked the talk between partners and the cheers from the stands. My schedule demanded I leave before the end of the singles so I look forward to logging on to goredlands.com and seeing the results.
