With three out of the last four games going to overtime, we needed a game like tonight where the outcome was determined in the first half. Talulah and Twister made guest appearances and they were treated to 33 shots on goal; eight of which went in. Fiona had a hat trick before she retired to the bench. Others scoring included Blythe, Kate, Samantha, Kaily, and Rheana. Maybe all the overtime put us in better early season shape than the Poets. We were faster. We played solid defense. It was a great effort all around and one to build on as we take on Occidental this Saturday at 7 pm. Come on out and support your Dawgs.
