Homecoming Football

After the parade we mingled around the Quad and slowly made our way over to Ted Runner Stadium. The Bulldogs were hitting on all cylinders, both offense and defense. By the time the game was over, we had a 48-0 victory that we hope propel us through the remainder of the season and perhaps farther. Jack was there, nosing his way under the seats. Buddy and Talulah bonded. And the cheerleaders and the dance troupe entertained the packed stadium. There was an unexpected showing of the water polo team that was probably appreciated by at least half the crowd. A King and Queen were crowned and I watched fireworks at halftime. What a busy and fun day. Now I think I'll sleep until Tuesday.
