I woke up early Sunday morning to participate in the Believe Walk 5K sponsored by Stater Brothers Charities to support the cure for breast cancer. (I borrowed Talulah's pink-striped polo shirt for the event - men CAN wear pink!!!) Over $300,000 was raised in the effort. Many people donned their best pink and walked in remembrance and support of battles with breast cancer. I really appreciated all the volunteers and cheer leaders encouraging all the participants. I especially enjoyed the watering dog pool at the 2 mile mark and at the end of the course. What wonderful people in the city of Redlands and surrounding communities that show such incredible support for the cause - BELIEVE in the CURE!!!!
