The Sagehens of Pomona-Pitzer visited Ted Runner Stadium on a night when the Bulldogs were looking to regain some momentum. We started a little slow. Our first six possessions resulted in only seven points, but by the end of the first half we were up 24-7. At half time, hundreds of kids came onto the field to kick, tackle, catch, and play on Take a Kid Night to the Game. It was great fun and great to see so much community involvement. Although we were on offense for less than 10 minutes in the second half, we made the most of the time by scoring five touchdowns and a field goal. Momentum recaptured. We have two away games before returning for Homecoming on October 29th. I suggest coming out then to watch more exciting Bulldog Football!
