Bulldogs vs. Leopards I

Thurber was the first out the door and in the car to tonight's game at Currier Gym. He knew this was an important game to get our ladies back on track and he wasn't going to miss our resurgence. And when he got there he found out we were going to need to do it with fewer players than usual. That just meant some players were going to have to step up and sure enough, they did. Chelsea, Christina, Katy, and Mackenzie all played well. But still, the Leopards were lighting it up from all over the floor; behind the arc they hit 62 percent and overall half of everything they threw up went in. There were nine lead changes and it took Mariah, Ali, and the recovering Courtney to bring our swagger back and then at the end, Meghan drove in for the final bucket and sealed the victory. That was a true team effort. That was fun. I just wish the next few home games won't be so dramatic, but it sure is good to be back to our winning ways.
