My second stop of the day was The Yard. I arrived to a scoreless tie only to witness our Bulldogs explode for 14 runs over the next 5 innings. We had 20 hits including five players with multi-hit games; Nate with 4, Trenton with 4, Landon with 3, and Alex and Chase with 2 a piece. Cameron also hit one out of The Yard and although Derek was hit for some late runs in the 7th inning, we had enough cushion to cruise home to victory. It helps when our bullpen shut the Little Giants out over the last two innings. Again, there's no rest. Up next are the Scarlet Raiders. Game time is set for 1 pm.
