Men's Basketball vs. Chapman (L 38-62)

Our Bulldog men's basketball team closed out a great year in the first round of the D3 NCAA Tournament. We faced a familiar foe in the Panthers of Chapman but it was our own shooting that kept us in check. We scored 14 points in the first half, but still only trailed by 10. We came out of the gate strong in the second half and within a few minutes we closed to within one point. Chapman was on their heels and we had all the energy. And then the home crowd rallied their Panthers to the eventual victory. They shot an incredible 59 percent from the floor. Better than their 3rd in the nation average of 51 percent. That's tough to beat. We're all proud of our Bulldogs, especially the seniors who deserved every minute of this unique experience. And thanks to all the fans who made it out to the game during break. Go Dawgs!
